Squib Avocet 515

We have owned Avocet since 2002. This is a good club boat that has won trophies in the Medway Squib fleet many times. She comes with a good suit of sails bought new from Dick Batt 4 years ago but they have not had much use, this is one of the reasons for selling her, the other being we have bought a cruiser. She is a sound boat; the top sides are still in the original gel coat and below the waterline, was stripped back to bare in 2019. She has all of the minimum equipment for racing, (anchor, tow rope, echo sounder, forward buoyancy bags, bilge pump). She also comes with a spare suit of sails, race rudder, mooring rudder, mooring cover and road trailer. At the Inlands on Rutland water she was weighted at 684 kilos, 4 kilos over minimum so not a heavy boat and has her measurement certificate. Everything on her is in good working order. She is out of the water and can be seen in the West Malling area of Kent. £1250
